You guys need to use this to your advantage. Had I known about this before I agreed with what Ticketmaster offered me, I wouldn't feel like crying right now because I can't exchange for the seats I truly want. I'm trying everything I can to get an upgrade. I don't care if I have to pay extra.

Anyhow, use the two listed below.

1) chose the correct event (Choose basketball not concert since P's stage is in the middle not the back.- The tool allows a panoramic view of the venue's stage. So obviously, you're not going to be looking at a stage in the back but in the middle) Also, click the section don't just hover so you can get that panaramic view http://www.thegarden.com/seating/

So what happened with your tickets? Were you on the phone with ticketmaster or on the website? The website usually defauts to the Prince seating chart if you were on the website buying tickets so unless you were on the phone and didn't see the seating chart there's no way you coulda missed it on the website.

Well, I bought them off the website first because I was scared the tickets would sell out. I chose what they offered and had no clue about a seating chart until later. I decided later that I should exchange my tickets for the same price just on the other side. I got what I requested when I called except, I didn't realize that the seats in the section were in the back row. I guess I'll just have to make the best of what I have since they are aisle seats anyway. I asked ticketmaster again to exchange but they said that it's impossible to exchnage now because there are no seats availible. Oh, well. My next plan is to try and win an upgrade through MSG on Twitter. I've been watching them closely for my chance to win.
