I have a very important question. I am a german Fan and want to go to the concert, but i have trouble with my kredit card and have no ticket til now (maybe it will work tomorrow). Is there a chance to buy a ticket at the box office at Gerledome?

you can order by phone but they only accept credit card transactions i'm afraid

you can't buy tickets at the venue itself according to the site
