Hvor meget skal Prince have for sine to timer.

Dét kostede efterfølgende "Hans Lille Højhed" 18 millioner kroner i erstatning.

Prince is on his way to Herning

Thursday 5th of august 2010

The american megastar who throw his purple ligth over this years Roskilde Festival is in all probability on his way to the new Multi Arena in Herning on november 8th - just 18 days after Lady Gaga

BT has got this information from a extremely reliable and experienced source in the danish concert-booking buisness. And eventhough the headbooker in Herning Georg Sørensen not directly confirms the date he says that:

- "Prince would be a fantastic act to play in Herning. We live in a society which is controlled by demands from the people and our audience would love to have Prince in Herning. But I think we should talk a little further when we are closer to the date.

According to BT's informations Prince got 12 million DKR (about 2,2 million dollars) for playing at this year Roskilde festival.

And the final hurdle before the final deal between Herning Multi Arena and Prince is made should be the payment.

Despite the fact that Prince's record-sale has been variable the last 10 years he is still one of the 10 hottest liveacts.

And with Lady Gaga in the arena on 20th of October, Georg Sørensen and the people from Herning Arena has made a deal with other big acts before.

Both parts are therefore strong in making a deal.

But just as Roskilde Festival was, Georg Sørensen should be aware that Prince tends to cancel concerts.

In 2008 he canceld a huge, sold out Irish concert with 10 days notice.

That costed "The little highnes" 18 million kr (about 3,2 million dollars) in damages

But... wonder if it shouldn't be better this time.

With the new Herning Multi Arena which opens by the end of September this year, Denmark isn't just getting a new luxurious concert-hall with a capacity of 15.000. They also gonna get the best hi-fi- and acoustics-experts as designers.

According to Georg Sørensen the sound will be inconceivable good!
