the quality is better on hulu.com (nbc site) if you click watch in high res. it is still not HD (480p, has to be at least 720p to be HD), but better than the standard nbc.com feed.

I've not subscribed to the lotusflower debacle because 77 dollars is a bit much, but that performance has gone some way to restoring my faith in the man.

I was watching his amazing performance  and then I couldn't believe my eyes  he just gave his guitar to that guy!!!!!  I was like no way!!!! I was so  jealous  but then I saw the guy go and get it from you and I was  Sorry to be a hater

Oh my goodness. I thought I was never going to see this performance. I DVRed it, but the stupid thing cut off the last 2-3 minutes. I was so pissed!!! But getting to see it here (along with "Ol' Skool Company") makes me really really really want that cd!!!!!
