Is there a realistic chance to see prince live in 2009? I mean real conncerts, not some LA/Vegas stuff. To be honest I´m getting a bit tired bout his new website and all that things. He´s not Willy Wonka, just give us some kicking ass funk man!!!!!

I dont think he is that much into touring now. I think he'll probobly have a show here and there but as far as a full tour I dont think so.

I used to "sense" some kind of LA residency -as in Vegas or London- a couple of months back when this Lotus Flow3r concept was announced. Personal guess, nothing else. But now as of mid-late April it all feels a bit too quiet for something to come out of it. Who knows... Maybe Prince tested the idea and got actually frustrated with that trilogy of gigs a month ago and the sound fuck-ups. He might be checking other venues and contracts and all ... Anyway, nothing we can do at the lack of gig-news so better take it easy and chill.

And with the lack of interest in the lacklustre album, a successful tour seems even more doubtful.
