Courtesy of Partyman76 at HQ: Nick and Norah - They play two high school seniors who spend one wild night in New York City in search of their favorite band, “Where’s Fluffy” who are playing a secret concert. (The film is Nick & Nora's Infinite Playlist.)

What's Avenue A Joe? It's just the name of a 'street' (technically avenue) in Alphabet City (which is a neighbor adjancent to the East Village. You have Avenue D, C, B, and A, and then you start with numbers: First, Second, etc.

Hmm..mixed tapes compilation cds discussed on the org? Hmmm...In the Prince Music forum and also the Prince Non-Music section, as well as the Org artist section. Or you could get the compilation cd to the movie Nick and Norah at Tower Records (Tower.com) Or Electric Lady Studios? Or somewhere in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn where parts of the movie was filmed. How's that Anx? [Edited 10/8/08 20:34pm]

Union Pool, and Don Hill's in Tribeca my favorite part of "nick & nora's infinite playlist" was the part where they're running around all over downtown new york, looking for clues in club bathrooms and listening to all the hints the DJs are giving on the radio. it's almost as if they were on, i don't know, a SCAVENGER HUNT.

Hi fickyt..you're the guy that had to sit on his knees at Butter in NYC because you are so tall (6'5") and you were right in front (I was standing right next to you on the right. We were both right in front) You let me lean on your shoulder every now and then...thanks for that..my feet were killing me for standing so long that night.). Anyway, good to see a familiar NYC orger on here. Wish you luck in this contest The Watchtower Blding in Brooklyn was sold. I believe it was sold in early 2007 or earlier. I believe it is turned into condos. I can't believe that landmark was sold. Although I could be wrong, but I'm sure it was sold. Okay, back to the contest. Anx is having fun watching everyone guessing where fluffy's is ..

seriously, the key to finding fluffy is out there, and for those who are able to solve the puzzle, they'll be happy they did. CLUE #1 Go check out Housequake.com. I believe there's actually a "FluffyNYC" posting tonight. Seriously, the clues are waving around like King Kong on top of the Empire State Building over there. CLUE #2 Fluffy is a very rabbity name, no? I never understood the whole deal with rabbits and eggs on Easter. What rabbit in its right mind wants anything to do with a runny old egg? Seriously. But when I was a kid, I didn't care. I loved hunting for eggs. They'd be under the couch cushions, in the back yard, under the bed. You never know where you're going to find an easter egg. Under the kitchen sink? On a newly re-paved Abbey Road? In the middle of a long-playing death rattle? Or maybe an easter egg will just pop up in the middle of our own collective infinite playlist, where everyone just wants to know what's in your ears. Wait, what was I talking about again?
