There is a Concert AND an afterparty.

The concert is in a hotel or club (which one) and the afterparty ???

the 250-300 person venue is for the hotel or afterparty venues?

Even though people seemed to have guessed, I'll but something else down. The SoHo Grand Hotel. The song "The Grand Progression" would have it make sense. But it's unreleased but who knows, he mentioned it on F.U.N.K. DAMN MAN!!! I hate trying to guess this! I need to breathe.

Well on HQ ppl already mentioned the Soho, Avalon and Tribeca (Grand)from the clues. I had pm'd my answer to them at the time that question was asked over there, because I wasn't aware they wanted us to post it on the thread over at HQ or pm the answer to Fluffynyc. Anyway, it's suppose 2 be in 2 different places. One for the benefit, and one for the aftershow. We shall see.
