He was good at the Indigo2 but only played for an hour.
The crowd just seemed to get going then he was gone, out the front signing autographs
oh mama I wish I could resist ...

There's no dilemma - go if you're funky!

Seriously, it's a bit of a gamble. The fans at the O2 got a short gig but when he played Dublin last summer, the band were on for 3.5 hrs the first night and over 4 hrs the second night. I saw the first one - crazy old bastard stage-dived that night!

I also went to the Indigo2 gig and was a bit disappointed with the amount of time Clinton actually spent on stage doing anything much at all really but it wouldn't stop me going again as his shows are usually legendary and perhaps he was just having an off-night when I went!

I went to the indigo gig too and he was brilliant, I loved the performers before him its great to se old timers getting funky it was a great night. Short but sweet, it wasnt expensive so i was happy. He looked tired and old after so i cant blame him really, we are all spoiled with princes aftershows and expect all performers to have that stamina. He rose the roof and everyone danced! it was fab, You should go!!

Of course you should go..
there's nothing like heading to Paris for a couple of days in the summer, especially for a great gig. Going abroad for a gig is fantastic fun!
Go go go!

George Clinton pisses me off.

I mean, I'm GLAD he comes to Utah at all, but does it ALWAYS have to be on a work night?

I've yet to see him because of this.

Yeah...I'm old as fuck.

GO, GO, GO, When is he playing? I live close to Paris and have been waiting for him to come for a while. Last year was brilliant in Dublin in July. The support band pulled out, so they played for 4 hours and he stayed on afterwards to sign autographs. He was just as good the year before in Vicar St and it was his birthday then.

Did I forget to tell you go....Now, can he play support in Croker....followed by Stevie Wonder and then P for the big one. It is my birthday on the day of the concert, so I can dream

The show at Indigo was a guest spot for George with the legendary Funk Bros. He was not with P-Funk. It was not a true George Clinton P-Funk All Stars /Parliament-Funkadelic show.

The normal P-Funk show is between 3-5 hours long. Yes go!!!
