If you look at the picture, i think that give or take some seats that ticketmaster still have available when you phone them, the purple areas have sold.
You have to discount the premium level area as this will be for Vip tickets and corporate peeps. I work for a company who can get tickets here and i don't think they will be on sale via TM. This area has a bar and proper toilets just behind where your seats are...
This just leaves the back Davin stand.
I've checked back with TM a few times and they seem to be still selling well...

I don't know what the obsession is on here to to get worked up and negative all the time.

on a side note, the corporate boxes/VIP areas you speak off, don't have very good views for a music gig. Too far from the action. Gold circle pitch is the place to b at croker.

Gold circle is where ill be. Premium seats are terrible in my opinion. I was there before, not much of a vibe between people.

I tried attaching a jpeg when starting post showing seat plan with sold out areas marked in purple but it didn't attach(dam this new mac)...
