Took me a while to bring "my loverly horse" to the front of my mind
What year was that the Irish Eurovision entry. Lyrics by Dougle, tune by Ted

Well done for being a fan since you're 13 Thought 16 years thats a long time, but then I thought my first p gig was 84/5 (SOTT) so I'm just bloody old! I've done P in stadia and it aint good, the O2 was pushing the limits for his style and then you needed the right seats (I think I sat in most areas over the summer). But U2 no not for me sorry, too big an ego clash, who saw P and Elton at the O2? Awfull I'm praying for a good mainland Europe gig, not done one of those for years and the security staff are usually much more flexible (except hamburg 1986!!!!). Now a duet of My beautiful Horse with Doogie and Ted I'd pay e-bay prices for that! [Edited 3/12/08 8:17am]

[Edited 3/12/08 8:17am] Elton was a bit dung because he was standin there like a frozen object reading the words of a big book that was being held up 4 him, plus what the fucks prince singing that tine 4? that aint prince.. Bono? amazing showman, amazing voice and rocks a stadium always, these 2 could put effort in and rock a blinder.. Done p twice in stadia myself, as a 5 foot 3 inch 14 year old @celtic park 92 and again in meadowbank 93 edinburgh, up the front at both and they where quite simply amazing.. Done every angle possible at the o2 myself n totally disagree that that size of place is pushing the boundries for his style..its probs just bang on size..man we cant all c prince every night in a 400 capacity club...but having done so myself at the aftershow at the garage in glasgow,95 gold experience tour.. i can certainly understand why we all want 2.

Depends on if they mix well. Bono guesting at that Kylie concert in Australia was utter shite. He had little to no personality on Robbie's part in Kids, and Bono not coming up to par with Robbie freakin' Williams is an embarrassment.

Bono can sure rock but i don't think he can do sexy. not that i think robbie williams is sexy, but he has a certain twinkle in his eye.
