i dont c why the venue of the aftershow should b announced on here anyway...its always good fun finding the venue after.
again as i said earlier i am very happy 4 fams that got there tix n i hope we all get 2 have a great concert on the 16th of june.
having seen prince up close @ 02 n indigo i dont feel the need 2 b n front of the stage that night,,,i wanna b at the front somewhere else that funky nite.

I kept refreshing the page and requesting a different ticket for nearly 40mins before I got my preferred block. Just persevere with it.

How many are you trying to get? If you change the denomination of tickets, the blocks you are offered can change quite a bit. I tried 1, 2 and 3 tickets earlier today and they came up all over the place. There seems to be no logic in the ticket allocation at all. It's just a case of keep on trying. Good luck to you.

The reason you don't want the aftershow venue and details posted on here is so that you stand a better chance of getting in yourself. At least have the balls to be honest about it Wolfy. To paraphrase a famous quote " you can fool some of the people all of the time and all of them some of the time but you can't fool all of us all of the time". Why do you act like you are the only person who knows what is gonna happen in Dublin concerning Prince's movements/concert/aftershow etc? All your tiresome cloak and dagger stuff will be negated when they announce the aftershow at the end of the main show (if there is one) or sell it as a seperate concert on ticketmaster.

Got my tickets this morning, gold circle!! I was so delighted all day, then I read about the whole a and b thing. That pisses me off a bit as I logged on at exactly 8am so I thought I was getting tickets up the front. But I am not going to get all bothered about the tickets - just delighted we all got a ticket and close enough to see the main man!

Btw, I read a few comments from people saying its too much of a squash up the front - not what i recall in Cork in 1990. We were lucky to get into the circle by the stage and we had loads of space to dance, sit down before he came on and we still were up the front... It was fantastic!!!!

Before you try anything I would call Ticketmaster and try charming them. I spent all day yesterday seeing the same blocks coming up for sale. Tell them that you don't want to give money to a tout on ebay and you may just sway them. I had to try twice with two different people but got there in the end. Managed to get two seats at the end of an aisle in block 302 and couldn't be happier.

I just took the first tix i was offered and got Cusack low 303 row DD. Are these ok? Never been to Croke before so was wondering what the view from there is like.

Also booked rooms at Harrington Hall on Harcourt St. Any comments on the place would be welcome. Three of us are coming over from London the day before for a girls jolly and I've been left in charge of the organisation! I don't want to lose two good friends over it

if people are still trying to get tickets try phoning ticketmaster and booking them that way it may take a while but i have done it a couple of times for various things and managed to get good tickets
