I'll get back to you (one day) that was the first ever Prince concert so would second this "C'mon y'all - let me hear you sing, c'mon y'all, shake, c'mon y'all, jump" - Yes Prince -
"London do you feel for me what I feel for you"- yes Prince - "Can I play my guitar now?" - yes please

I can't tell you how much I'm hoping that this Chelsea Rodgers business includes a few live shows...! I'm with u, has tobe beautiful ones, though not as amazing as 2002 Manchester Appollo when we had the rock version.

Joy in Repetition Chelsea Rodgers I Feel For You 1999 It was THE most amazing night ever, and I still get goosebumps just thinking about it x "I'm so funky I can't even sleep with myself"... I agree with "Love Is A Losing Game". Oh to have that moment on video. Amy Winehouse never looked or sounded so right. With that band behind her, everything just fell perfectly into place, in a way that her own band doesn't quite pull off. Amy should hire the NPG for her gigs.
But of the countless great moments from the aftershows (which honestly, were ten times better than the main show... not that the main show wasn't good, but the aftershows were the best I've ever seen), how about the first time he did "All The Critics Love U In Lon-Don"? I was gobsmacked when I eventually recognised the opening riff. And finally, "Sing A Simple Song" worked so great. "Yaaaaahhhhh, yah yah yaaaaahhhh ya!"

Also Love Bizarre - 18th Aug aftershow
When You Were Mine - 6th Sep aftershow Somewhere Here On Earth - 6th Sep aftershow and Musicology each time I saw it, this tour made me love that song, as he seems to love it and enjoy himself so much performing it, he always looked happy playing that one

highlights from me where whenever he played something current or something that hasn't been done 2 death .. man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81
