after numerous emails and numerous phone calls to ticketmaster and now aeglive...i am now being being shunted to an answering machine as soon as i get through and say why i am ringing !!!....it is so rude ....i am livid that they are being so rude....i have a legal RIGHT to a full refund as i didnt get the seats that were advertised when i bought them...so fuck them...i am going to take tm to court to get my money back.....i would have been happy with another vip night but they dont even give me a chance when i phone up...

well after numerous emails...i have finally been contacted by maxine (who was very nice ) from aeg and have been offered 2 tickets for the 20th gig ( yes i did ask about the 21st ) and a proper vip experience has been promised this time...not floor seats but it will do for me ....i just wanted them to recognise that it wasnt good enough and she has said that they fully realise that...so a happy ending

hang fire - there are enough people who have been let down one way or another that, after all 21 shows, we shall all load up and sock it to them in such a big way that they will never want anything to do with messing people around again.
I would have thought that as a new venue, customer service would be right at the top in their first few months but that seems to be too much like common sense.

wolfy , i would have let it go IF i was given the seats that i paid for...within the first 10 rows of the floor seats around the stage....i would have let the piss poor vip reception and everything that went wrong with the opening night go....but i didnt pay 480 bucks for seats in the corner of the lower tier which is what i was given...i wouldnt have paid all that money for those seats...so i was ripped off....pure and simple...i am not letting them get away with it...maybe next time they will make sure they dont do it to some other poor punter...

yes and there are people who DID get tickets within the first 10 rows of the floor but complained about restricted views and the seats not being ' the very best seats in the house ' and they have been compensated in some way.....i have MORE of a case because i was MIS-SOLD my tickets....i would have taken the so called 'resticted views ' because i paid all that money so that myself and my brother would be right next to the stage.....

i mean , i paid 230 bucks for two seats in the second row of the center lower tiers AND a room in a 4 star hotel !!!...far better seats than my vip ones for less than half the price and a great hotel .....now thats decent value for money.....sorry....but i am taking this all the way....
