The Prince diet

Am thinking about writing a book! I have lost 4kg since the beginning of August- without even trying! Not sure if it is due to stress (will i or wont i get a ticket), many hours listening to Prince instead of munching in front of telly or all that dancing; whatever it is- it works!
Thanks Prince!
Prince isn't a star- he's an event. NME Paolo Hewitt.

I've gained half a stone since the beginning of the summer. Probably due to Hilton breakfasts and each trip to see Prince being a weekend break!

Maybe it's the trek to the O2, the standing in line etc instead of just plonking down in front of the Telly / Computer with a bag of Doritos or a chocolate bar! lol

I'm 12 pounds lighter than I was at the start of August and feel all the better for it. All the bopping at the shows and aftershows has certainly helped.
RIP sad
