Calculating the precise number of songs played during the 'tour' will always be a matter of debate: do you include 'Housequake' if it was just referenced in 'Controversy' by the chant and horn line? Do you include every sample played during the synth sets? Do you include every vocoder song referenced by Mike Phillips? Do you include 'What A Wondeful World' or 'The Dance', for example, if Prince played no part at all in any of the performances? Housequake.com has an excellent page of setlists which sre still being finalised, with some setlists to be confirmed and other songs yet to be identified. However, based on this, and with the above words of caution, the following is offered as a starting point 7 1999 3121 9 Million Bicycles A 1,000 Hugs & Kisses A Love Bizarre A Night In Tunisia Adore All Along The Watchtower / The Best Of You All Blues All Shook Up All The Critics Love U In London Alphabet St Anotherloverholenyohead / Rock Lobster Around The World In A Day Baby I Love You Baby I'm A Star Baby Love Baby Love Be Happy Beautiful Strange Bennie And The Jets Black Sweat Break My Heart Bustin' Loose Calhoun Square Can I Kick It? Whole Lotta Love You Bring Me Joy Your Song Including all the samples and other references, Prince and The NPG performed approximately 100 songs during the main concerts. Some of these songs were also performed at aftershows. The aftershows also featured Prince performing in some capacity in approximately 70 additional songs which did not feature in the main shows. As far as I can tell, only 5 songs featured each and every night of the tour in a main show, although others came very close. ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. | |

If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.
