Thanks for the "Summer that changed everything".
18 shows and 17 aftershows for me and it's all over. The 28th August aftershow was the highlight and will be remembered until the day I die. Thank You!! I'm hot and I don't care who knows it...I got a job to do.

Prince, you've really made my summer. Despite the nightmare of TM , the tempting offers on Ebay, the emptiness of my purse and having to reaccquaint myself with my family . . . I'd do it all again tomorrow
Thanks to Darren - who's now my knight in shining armour To get a ticket at the final hour from a fellow Gooner was definitely fate. Prince, I hope to see you again, really soon! Andi xx Paint a perfect picture

Prince,
if you are reading this, I just wanted to say thank-you so very much for three of the most amazing nights of my life. I have always wanted to see you live, and after seeing your amazing performance on the 6th of September, I just knew I had to see you again. I was lucky enough to see your show on the 13th, as well as the aftershow (words can not even begin to describe how amazing that was), and last-night, the 21st, and final performance. Thank-you. Real musicians playing real music PS. I also make seriously good sourdough pancakes, if you and the band et. al. ever want some! [Edited 9/22/07 6:05am] "Gentlemen! Let's broaden our minds. Following a quite traumatic Spring/early summer, I wasn't particularly looking forward 2 this summer... but then I heard the news that would help me through my troubled time... 5 main shows, 7 (out of 9) aftershows later, I would just like 2 say Thanx to Prince, the band and assorted other folks (including O2, Indigo2 staff, fellow orgers etc) who made each show a truly superb and individual night - none to be forgotten, ever!
To pick a highlight would be as easy as picking my favorite Prince song... Having the girl next 2 me break down in tears during Purple Rain and NC2U on 1 night proved to me the true power of great music... And long may it continue. Thank U We ain't from Hollywood, so you know it's all good

When I heard about the 21 nights, it felt like destiny calling. My first ever concert was going to be Prince? I didn't give a damn about prices, I bought one and flew over there to revel in the genius. And on Sat 4th, I see my idol rise up through the stage and watched him and the equally funky band tear the place apart. Classics relived, new songs that I now love. Sad thing is, no matter who else I see now, I know nothing will ever compare.
So thank you Prince, the band and Nikka Costa. You've just spoiled every other live future music experience I'll have (until I see you again that is : ) [Edited 9/22/07 7:10am]

Much respect to a great man who's music I've admired since I was young.
I'd never seen him in the flesh but to finally see him on August 1st, right by the stage... When he came on & opened with Purple Rain, something took over & I ran up to the stage & started screaming my head off! To see him up close & personal like that for the first time ever... Truly amazing. Thank you oh so much for the fabulous memories! S xx

Still recovering from a very bad cold, lost my voice, and have zero energy left after all these late night aftershows, long drives back home, etc.
But it was Oh so worth it! Deepest thanks to: PRINCE You truly are mind blowing and excel so much at what you do – but the thing you’re best at is keeping us all happy. And *Thank you* for giving me the opportunity to dance on stage at the Sept 13th aftershow, I am eternally grateful for that! Shelby J. – (“Jesus in us all”) thank you for the blessings indeed! Marva - Shining star! The Twinz – Supercute! Cora - My Lord, you can drum! Renato - Love you! Morris – keep it funky! William – Real class! Mike –Those voice effects, man… Greg – You jazzed me up all over… Maceo – Blew me away! Josh – stay cool Kathy – as they say, behind every great man is a great woman The technicians - blond man with the pony tail, you rule! The roadies – Didn't they just do a fantastic job setting that stage up and ready so many times? Sorry if I have forgotten anyone. Thank you all for a wonderful summer of music and shared joy (in repetition). Finally, thanks to all the great orgers, those I have met and those I haven’t – but all very friendly, helpful and interesting people I have enjoyed threading with, most especially colinb, appollonia, savage, superGT & littlebee, O2Review, EnglishGent, Ellie, VanessaB8tt, antine1, lovealotbare, not to forget Patrick aka mfcuker ; ), etc… Without Prince, none of us would have connected... You are all fantastic people. Keep it real [Edited 9/26/07 9:17am]

Prince - the incomparable.
Made this summer truly incredible - never have I had so many good times in such a short space of time. Not quite sure how rest of my life can ever be as amazing as this summer. Thank you. You must come back soon so I can share your music and awesome presence with my daughters. I almost feel as if I would be a bad parent if I didn't get the chance to share what is one of the most incredible things in the world to me - just as people share their 'God' with their kids - I want to share my 'Prince'! truly - thanks, from myself and my sister, who have had the time of their lives! If anybody asks you, I belong to Prince....

I've been listening to your music and coming to your shows since 1984 and I hope theres lots more to come. I had my 40th birthday this year and what an incredible way for me to remember it.

Luckily I made the final night as well, so special with the glowsticks and all that. Thanks again, just ammmazzzzzing!
