your favourite little prince concert touch? I have to say (and with quite a high degree of self-awareness of how schmaltzy I sound) I think that the end of the sampler set with Raspberry Beret when we get the "I think I love her" three times and his "I love you too" is the most brilliant end to a show.
On Tues night when he did this with the house lights up and an arena full of fanatics even the most cynical must have been inclined to believe that it came from the heart. I know he annoys people (even the biggest fans) from time to time but when he performs I never get the feeling that he doesn't give a sh*t and, in this day and age, that gets him a lot of respect from me. I could go on and on but....over to you... [Edited 9/16/07 10:49am]

hahaha HAHAHAHAHA he started with marva's feet and then went and sprayed the drums and keyboard i think. hahaha.

funny guy he is. doesn't get enough credit for his humour oh, did i mention he said 'okay, who's going to cook pancakes' at the last aftershow too? CLEARLY a reference to the david chapelle sketch.

CLEARLY a reference to the david chapelle sketch. yeah thing is, the guy is incredibly bright intellect-wise as well as being musically indescribably good. he's got a brilliant sense of humour...I dunno, he's just such a great showman. It's a privilege to have been able to witness him live.

"I'm so funky, I can't even sleep with myself!" Always going to remember that, and the audience's reaction - everyone went mad!!!! "I'm so funky I can't even sleep with myself"...
