Saw Jade from Damage, otherwise known as Emma Bunton's boyfriend with a pal on his way to the O2 last night.
Also saw Doug E Fresh in Oxford Street on Sat, he's over here promoting a new line of trainers - thought that he might make it over to the O2 to see his pal Prince

I've seen a few famous faces - last night Jade as mentioned above, Max from Hollyoaks and Meera Syal.
Can't remember which nights these were all at Nicky Clarke, Naomi Campbell, Jerry Hall, Angie Le Mar, Tina from S Club 7 on 2 separate nights The Hottest chip of them all - www.hotchip.co.uk - Get down with Prince

saw Jade, Gary Rhodes and Brian May too. Gary Rhodes was dancing like a mad dad at a wedding, but at least he looked like he was having fun. Unlike Brian May who seemed to be sitting down while everyone was dancing around him. reckon he was just jealous of Prince's talent

I haven't seen them, but since they wrote reviews for the papers Sophie Ellis Bextor and Corinne Bailey Rae must have been there...

As a musician maybe but as a guitarist? Prince has a long way to go Anyway, how the hell do you lot recognise all these people? Big big stars maybe but the B C D Listers? Do you all read Heat? And worse still actually know who the magazine is talking about when it uses christian names only?! Befuddled

Kirsten Scott Thomas was in the Stage Suites directly infront of D1 on 16th, I was in Row A and she was a stone's throw from me. She didn't look anything special, but then I'm not into white trash (before anyone says anything, I'm white trash myself!!). She seemed to enjoy the show but was not standing up dancing much.

He was just sitting there didnt look like he was getting into it though he did appear more interested when Prince brought that really pretty lady (who has been at a couple of the shows I been to) on stage to sing Somewhere Here on Earth to her.
I was in the floor seats yesterday, as i left my girlfriend went to the lav so i was waiting for her in the corridor...two spanish blokes came and stood by me...i was looking at them and thinking...i think that's enrique iglesius(i can't spell it either)...but shouldn't he have a mole?...then some o2 stewards came and explained to them how they were going to get them out of the arena...can't believe he wouldn't go to the aftershow, but maybe he didn't know the twins were in the audience before the aftershow last night too

I've had Corrine Bailey Rae drift by me twice outside the Indigo on different occasions...seen Lenny Henry in the balcony at Indigo, Naomi Campbell and Jerry Hall on the floor of the o2 a few seats away along with 'funny black woman on the edge' Angie Le Mar.
A favourite has to be P-Diddy of course, as he sat in the stage suites in his grey tracksuit texting on his mobile phone surrounded by his entourage, Prince seemed to make more of a point than usual about real music by real musicians...this culminated with a fantastic series of guitar solos right above Diddy's head - I bet that put his genius complex in perspective! (Diddy's that is!) Priceless... My real favourites though have to be Michael Jackson and Sly Stone laughing along together in block D1, wow what an amazing sight that was - I had to pinch myself!! O.k. o.k. I made those last 2 up! LOL! Ps as Bill Oddie has featured so prominently in this discussion thread - I've bizarrely sat next to him at 2 completely different concerts...Prince, Jam of the Year tour, and Paul Simon (the album before last tour)...bizarre co-incidence but true. Having spoken to Bill at length on the Jam of the Year tour - he is a major fan, so must have been absolutely loving these shows. Cheers all, T

Indi. White trash?? Insulting and rasist, nice! You think that's insulting then come and work with me for a while. Factory environment in a mainly white area. Mostly male. I could never work in a mixed race/sex place again I reckon. And let's not even mention the paedophile jokes we make about each other's kids. Or wives for that matter. Or cancer even. Hell, looking at it now you have to have the skin of a rhino to work at my place I guess something can only be upsetting if you let it be or if it is said with the intention of causing harm. When you get past the hangups and pc bandwagon most things are ok. I'm not aiming this post at you though so don't take it personally. It's just a mid-morning ramble So when did the term 'white trash' become an insult? I've always found it an apt description when applied to the likes of Britney Spears et al. Surely it implies that the person is white and common as f*** ? Or better worded, 'caucasian lacking social ettiquette and wanting of common morals'? Seems the same thing to me but one is written in English (or is that American as that now seems to be the prime language since the rise of the internet?). NB: iloveannie has just finished an 84 hour week comprising of 48 hours of nights. He's grumpy as f... [Edited 9/19/07 1:03am]

I consider an insult racist when someones colour is mentioned within the insult, white, black, yellow ,brown ,whatever.

How about other adjective's? Or is it just the colour issue? See for me I really don't mind if someone calls me a white c. I am white so they're stating a fact. As for being a c? Sometimes I guess it depends on who you are really. I've never gotten upset if someones referred to my colour. Then again I'm priveliged to have never suffered racial hatred (bar Muslim extremism (which I haven't experienced first hand)) so guess I may feel differently if I had. It ain't gonna happen though. Not like poor Scott at work. Ginger c.... tee hee
