Prince Claus buried 15/10! (cancelation?)

...in a town only 10 km north of Rotterdam. I 'm afraid that there is a good chance now that P's concert will be delayed until November. On the other hand, there is no official mourning, allowing parties and concerts to take place.

Let's wait and see...

I wouldn't be surprised if all events are cancelled in The Netherlands October 15th...I guess Mojo/Npgmc will have 2 come up with an answer real soon if this show will take place or not...
Maybe it's possible 2 postpone the October 15th show untill November 3rd...we'll see..

I really hope it will NOT B cancelled. I have a lot of respect for Prince Claus, but in the evening the whole funeral is over. There is no national day for this.
Please let the concert stay on the list!!! I've waited 4 years for this!
I got a ticket for the last show of the euro ONA tour! wink

Again, the show will NOT be cancelled! I spoke with Mojo on the phone about it. They will make an official press message later. Keep an eye on www.mojo.nl

May Prince Claus rest in peace. I would not mind if the concert would be postponed. It sounds really weird, Wednesday October 15th, Prins Claus buried, 'Prince' concert in the evening!

A day of mourning and partying!

Yeah I also saw that. So let's queue a little bit:

1. Prince Claus will have his funeral on the 15th in Delft (15km north of Rotterdam, halfway to The Hague).
2. He will be in a PURPLE coach.
3. In the evening the PURPLE Prince will performing with his One Nite Alone tour in Rotterdam.

This is a very funny coincendence, or...

I think his has to do with respect..death of respectable men has nothing to do with a funny coincidence. And Jayenell, no threaths ok? What if your wife died because she a piece of a peach got stuck in her throat. When you found her, her face was all purple...would you call that a funny coincidence?

Actually it's just a coincidence and not funny at all sigh. It's all getting really weird. After all the tv programs today I really started to appreciate Claus' persona much more than before. I'm going to go to the concert after all; I think there's going to be quite a strange atmosphere during the concert...
I'm curious to see whether P is going to make ANY kind of reference to all these events.

The newspaper and the official Ahoy website said that the concert is still happening.
People who choose not to go anymore because of prins Claus funeral, can get their money back until 11 oct. at the place where they bought their tickets.
I'm also curious if the other Prince will make any reference to this.
My colleagues and I made fun of it today... First go to the funeral of one prince and then go to the concert of the other prince. 2 princes for the price of 1. We have a weird sense of humor...
It's sad the man died, but that doesn't stop me from going to the concert.
