Currently there are about 70 seats selling on viagogo in blocks 102 and 111 rows C and D for the 21st, for 105-110 sterling (add £10 commission)..... That's pretty much the best location in the lower tier, and that must be entire rows right? Very annoying... but maybe cheaper and safer than eBay or other places?

I also got tickets from Viagogo for a lot less than others had advertised and even though the seller had sold them already, Viagogo honoured the sale and got me another for the same price in the same place. Am sick of seeing the TM site in my sleep!! Have not got tickets for the a/show on 21st but did get 2 for the 20th, so am gambling that He may turn up (please!!!). Must say, love this site it has been so helpful so get tips on parking, tickets etc and to hear from 'like minded' mad Prince fans. Was beginning to think I was alone in my obsession.

I simply refuse to pay over face value. I know all the AEG/TM stuff but P said 31.21 so that's my limit!
So far I've paid face value twice from TM, £70,£65 and £50 from e-bay for pairs of tickets

I am wondering if the aforementioned ticket resale site (beginning with a V) may in fact get used as an outlet by some of the agents. Because I don't see how else they could be selling 14 or more seats in a single row...

So, could some of these seats end up back at TM? Let's hope so. They don't seem to be getting snapped up terribly fast at over £100 a piece.

Has anyone got tickets on the day from the O2 itself? What's the best time to go down? Is this a good way to try for tickets on the 21st do you think?

I understand that the box office doesn't open until 6 p.m. though give the 02 a call directly and get them to confirm it. Whatever time it opens, get there at that time. When I went on 1st September although I had tickets I asked out of interest at the box office whether they had any and that was at about 7 p.m. and was told that they had 5 tix - three on the floor in one of the C blocks and 2 in the upper tier. I've also read other postings on here saying that people have got tix on the night. So certainly worth a try but wouldn't rely on getting tix for sure as tix for the 21st are more in demand than other nights. If I really wanted to go on the 21st and didn't have tix and couldn't get them from Ticketmaster prior to the day, then I'd definitely go down there and try my luck.

I'm one of the lucky ones wsho have got my tix for the 21st, but i can access ticketmaster from my office most days and check regulary!! so i'll deffo kep my eye out and buy some tix to pass on at cost.

Just a quick query, as we can't ask anyone before purchase, what if all we get are upper tier etc? i.e not the best seats in the house! would people still be happy with them?

Doesn't the box office open at 9am though? Only bad thing abiut my leavin at 4ish will be traffic, cardiff 2 London rush hour times?

I've just been on the phone to the O2 Box Office regarding my own tickets for next Friday which I've now been told I have to pick up at the box office.

Anyway, O2 muppet tells me that for any given night, the tickets come in from the various different outlets THAT SAME DAY. In other words, TMaster will courier over from some central London base all the tickets it has left for a night - some will be allocated to customers who have paid, others will be leftovers to go on sale that night.

Presumably, those "various different outlets" will include viagogo, seatwave, double8 and an extensive selection of other agencies. If those agencies haven't managed to flog off their stock at 100s of pounds a pop, they probably have some sort of sale or return policy with the O2 (reserved for "businesses" of course) and cut their losses by returning them.

So, I suspect there will be a few available on the night. Hope such blind optimism helps y'all!!
