Is floor level back F3 any good?

Hi,

I was thrilled to get tickets for the floor level as "NPGMC"goodie, but also have tickets lower tier. But now I hear it might not be that great...

How is F3 - backwards to the stage? Can you see a lot, or is Prince mostly facing forwards? If not good, I will stick witht the lower tier tickets...

Can you actually "rush to the stage" on the floor, or is it really designated areas?

Any info from those who have been there greatly appreciated

Check out http://prince.org/msg/12/237995
I have read elsewhere that security will stop you from "rushing" to the stage.

slaphead

I would stick with the lower tier, although I haven't sat in the F blocks, Lower tiers give a great view from pretty much anywhere.

i had seats in E1 just before F3 and you are at the back of the stage they are really bad i know i sat there too!!!!
please believe me and take the lower tier! i had also for block 105 and floor E1 i sold the block 105 and i could kill myself when i entered the place and saw it myself!
there is a lot of men looking if you don't come out of your block even if they moved a little between the blocks they were there!
so NO you defenetaly can't rush to the stage like the first night then they were not prepared but now they certainly are!!!!

We were in F3 and it was great! Yes is does face the back - sorta side of the stage but Prince does come right round the back a few times and its brilliant. He also does the hits medley on that side of the stage so you can see him really clearly. If you have lower tier tix that are 111 - they are at the side and good - 106/107 are facing the stage and are fantastic - 113 not so good as again facing the back -t he pointy bit of symbol is the front but on some stage plans I have seen on ebay they have it round the wrong way. Unless you have 106/107 block I woudl stick with F3 - F2 not so good as all you can see is the back of the band - at least with F3 you can see Prince the whole time - mostly his back - but you can still see him wink

And don't forget - NO Booing! Cheer cheer and sing all the words back at him. The show I was at a huge chunk of the crowd kept booing during the hits medley when he would change to another song and he was not happy - he then cancelled his aftershow and lordy no one wants that! THanks.
havu had u + today ? fookn rite !

I was front row F1, and it was very good...not looking at his back all the time or the band as some people say, he came round the back quite a lot...and during the encore I snuck up to the front of E1. And at one point he was right in front of me. He also comes and goes (in and out of the black box) from the corner behind F1 and walks between F1 and F2. Lots of room to dance on the floor too.
