Well we were in block E1 on Tuesday and the hotdogs themselves were of a good quality from there although I felt they could have been a bit more generous with the mustard.

Glad we upgraded from the upper tiers though as I heard that the buns were far too soggy up there!

We're in block 116 on Tuesday so I'm hoping for plenty of ketchup easy on the onions!

The buns better not be soggy... I pay good money for my Hotdogs and expect quality...

...Also I hope there is a good choice of relish otherwise the whole experience will be ruined....Ruined...

...It won't do any less neutral hmph!

Which do you think is the better block for Hotdogs then

Hint : I'm not going to London for the english food, neither the english weather, I can't stand hot dogs, I drink water, but love chocolate and wanna hear some jam to dance on. I'll b there, this is for sure. I don't care about the hits he's going to play, I'd like him to have fun so we can have fun too, I hope I won't b too tired. And I hope I'll find, until then, the right thing to wear.

Good enough ?

PS ; can I meet you, troll ?

...Pls do complain--the more we get people moving, the better. Ticketmaster will probably tell you they have no saying over the wine & dine menu at the O2, but that's nonsense. I find this a clear form of carnivorial discrimination.mad Being a Sausagian hotdog, just like you, it upsets me that people actually get away with this kind of surpression. Anti Wieners please click on this link

http://whatscookingameric...DIndex.htm

and you will see that the hotdog dates back to the 9th century BC! No one is able to say that about the ' Veggie Burger' !!! johnwoo

After everything I've read about hotdogs at Prince gigs on the Lovesexy tour, I was pretty gutted with the ones at the O2. My hot dog was warm, which is not what it said on the receipt at all. I've had enough with them making a fast buck out of fast food. I'm going to write to Watchdog and urge everyone else to do the same. Otherwise, our hot dogs will never meet our stellar expectations. If you're planning to buy a hotdog that you're worried you might be disappointed with, it might be worth contacting AEG to arrange an exchange for the chow mein, fish and chips or a burger.

That's what it's always been like with Prince. You order a hot dog, but you are never sure until it actually arrives what you're going to get. You might be lucky and get a bun with meat in it, but it's just as likely that you'll get a bun and nothing else - and you might have to wait until 3am to find out that there'll be no meat in the bun.

Some nights you get really lucky and get a hamburger instead - and then your hotdog arrives halfway through eating the hamburger!

It's a gamble and everybody knows it.

I'm seriously worried now! neutral

...If mine is "warm" I will take it as contravening the trades description act!

...If I want a "Warmdog" ... I'll ask for a "Warmdog"...

...But if I ask for a "Hotdog" I expect it to be HOT! hmph!

...Unless of course they upgrade the meal as you say... Scampi and chips would be good...

...As long as it's REAL Scampi nod

But they just Can't keep messing us about like this ...They just CAN'T!

Hotdog vendors... especially at Prince gigs have been messing their fams about for just too long now... TOO LONG!

...We need to take action and put an end to this food lottery.... Especially... ESPECIALLY! ...where our Hot dogs and burgers are concerned.

...What's the use of a soggy meatless bun at 3am? hmph! sad

woot!

Some positive news biggrin

...Now how easy is it to get to block 111 from Block 103?

...Will they even let me do that?...and will the chips be cold by the time I get back?

...So many questions... So little time confused

...There needs to be more consistency with the food issue so that we can all enjoy the experience nod

Yes, you can get from 111 to 103 easily enough. I've heard people complaining that they have to hang around, queue up and get to the front of the line before they can find out if there will be any chips tonight. But those who have had the chips have been delighted.

Thanks for the heads up on this biggrin

...It sounds like I may have to leave my seat 45 minutes early to ensure some decent chips...

...Of course it's a gamble as to whether there will be any chips at all when I get there...pray

...But it's worth it for some star quality food

...On another point ... does anyone have a set list of the food range on offer?

...Is it the same every night? confused

I'm afraid 45 minutes won't be enough - you need to leave your seat at least 90 minutes before the end of the show to be sure of getting proper chips - and you should probably leave two hours before the end to be on the safe side.

Menu is supposed to change each night, but the nights I've been there's been a staple diet of burgers and hotdogs on offer and the relishes between them have changed around. I didn't get any but I know peas are on the menu because I overheard someone asking if they could be passed. They must be good because the bloke asked for them urgently and repeatedly, hardly giving anyone time to send them on over between requests.
