Never knew that!!...kind of makes sense though, I remember Lenny Henry doing a hilarious impression of Prince in his stand up shows..."No one shags a mike-stand quite like Prince does"...! I remember seeing Lenny at the Gold tour, he was loving it,but people were hassling him so he had to leave, I remember seeing Bob Geldolf and Paula Yates that night too .Bob was picking his nose and wiped it on the seat in front.Good old Bob!

I saw Marcus Brigstocke (News Knight etc.,.) on Wednesday night, he got a bit nervous as I approached him (just to say hi, thought it was Louis Theroux at first!) so much so that he dove into the nearest toilets...which just so happened to be the womens' toilets

I got a text earlier from a friend who was at tonight's show and she was convinced she saw Paul McCartney in disguise. I'll get the full story tomorrow but it wouldn't be unlikely as Macca is on record since the mid-eighties as being a big Prince fan and is on record since the seventies as going to gigs in disguise.

Stephen Merchant (he of Extras, The Office and Ricky Gervais's writing partner) was there on the Saturday. He was in the front row at the side. Don't think he had a problem with seeing what was going on though as he must be over 7 foot high as he was taller than the stage!

Brave man then! People around me were saying it must have been Peter Stringfellow or it could have been Peter Stringfellow's dad

Please, Prince. Do an extras episode while you're here! Bowie's was classic, "sad fat man"! How about ideas for the story?

Not sure but I think I saw Prince. Amazing night on the 1st, role on the 8th. I know that comedian Ed Burn is a hugh fan so he is bound to go, he bought Prince's cloud guitar at auction... oh and he used to go out with my girlfried who is also a Dulbiner.

There's bound to be the odd celeb in the audience or lurking in the loos at a London Prince gig. I was in the next urinal to Kevin Rowland of Dexys at a Lovesexy gig.

I seen Stephen Merchant last night too, but thats all I have to report was expecting more celeb spottings - especially on the first saturday night. But who cares, I got to watch Prince!!! (still on a high) Sounds like a real man to me...mind if I turn on the radio?

Well Sophie Ellis-Bextor was there on Tuesday, as she's written a sniffy review of the show in today's Daily Telegraph, saying he should have played more hits! BTW, we all know that the Daily Telegraph has become the "21 Nights" paper, and is reviewing every show, right? Weird. First the Mail on Sunday, now the Telegraph... who knew the right-of-centre press were such fans...

And here is that review... http://www.telegraph.co.u...nce109.xml To be fair i can understand her point. A casual fan or non-fan would probably have that opinion. However, anyone who has been a fan for years and seen him at least once before will know that he's been doing the medleys for virtually ever - just with a mixture of different songs. They will also be aware that each show would be different to some extent from the previous. For me seeing Prince live is just the best live experience you can have seeing a major star. I enjoy going to any type of gig and seeing a live band - be it in the local pub or in an arena. The live music experience is something special. Unfortunaly the world is made up of people who are not all into music to the same degree. And they're mostly the sort of people that like to hear just the hits/songs they know played exactly the same as the record/cd. If they want that then they should go and see someone like Madonna, who plays the same songs in the same sequence whether it's London, Madrid, Rome or New York. If you want a REAL live music experience from a real worldwide star that only those on any particular night will witness then Prince is the man!

So is that part of the stage where 102 is or is that 111? Two different floor plans have it opposite to each other And I want to know where I'm sitting!
