When did Ticketmaster add the notice about fear of heights and upper tier?

I'd appreciate if someone had the exact date because i'm sure it wasn't on there when I ordered my tickets. My boyfriend suffers dreadfully from Vertigo and i'm trying to see if I can swap the tickets to lower tier.

I have already made an attempt to but Ticketmaster is sticking to saying that the notice was there all the time.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

As far as I remember I noticed their warning about a week ago.
If you search other threads they are orgers saying they immediately talked to ticketmaster and got their tixs swamped for lower tier seats without any pble. I think they got a wave of complaints and demands for lower tier seats and that they've decided to play dumd now....

This afternoon I swapped my upper tier tickets for the 10th Aug for lower tier on the 10th. I told them the tickets were for my daughter and her friend who are scared of heights. First of all the bloke said he thought I could have a refund but after speaking to his superviser said I couldn't have a refund but could have a swap.

if he's got vertigo, then you have nothing to worry about

if he's acrophobic, thats when you should be concerned

He must have Acrophobia then because he's terrified of heights... Lol, thanks for your help. I'll try them again and maybe speak to someone higher. I'm assuming they've cottoned on to their mistake and the people who are taking advantage of it.

the best thing to do is phone them, explain the problem and ask them what they can do to help you

I called customer services and they were more than helpful to change them to the lower tier, they only asked why I wanted to change so I said the mrs has a fear of heights.

I expect tho as time goes on they will have run out of these spare seats.

Roll on the 17th and the aftershow!!!!!

-Squee!- My mum phoned up and got my tickets changed straight away... From BLK 407 to BLK 102! We're only four rows up aswell! I'm so chuffed. Had to change the date we were going though so no longer going on the 21st of September, but the 12th.

Where on their site was the warning? I've got 2 guys coming with me that are terrified of hights. Just spoke to ticket master now and they more or less told me to go take a flying jump.
