Help! How can I send an email to Ticketmaster?

Hi everybody,

I've seen that some of you here got personal answers to their questions posted to ticketmaster. I tried to send them an email through the link "Contact us" (customer service), then the link "email", but it seems that it didn't reach them, as I had something which looked like an automatic answer. mad Whereas I had to give my name, phone number...

Anyone here that can explain to me how to do?

When you write your message, they try to fob you off with an automated answer. You have to click to confirm their suggested links didn't answer your query to actually submit your email. The email replies from people are cut and pasted and look like robot replies. Your email includes a link to follow up, but those follow-ups are ignored.

You're much, much better off picking up the phone. I got nowhere emailing them but resolved things quickly on the phone,

I'm abroad, and the phone is quite expensive...

No matter, I eventually send them an email which will get an answer, as it seems. If anyone want to know how to do, you have to go to "contact us", then "email", then the topic "general information" and the subtitle "contact us". I think this is the only way to send them a message. Then you have to confirm that you submit the question and they give you a number of question with an email of confirmation.

Hi, I am also from abroad (Amsterdam) and have just sent an email via the contact-form and got an answer within 30 minutes. So it definitely worked for me cool

I used the contact form in the way maxinparis said to change one of my bookings to box office collection, and by the time I had gone to the loo and made a drink I had a reply. Expected to wait a few days, but the responce was within 8 minutes.
