no you're not. They actually have quite a sweet teleservice with people that are really helpful, allthough you'll have to endure about 20 minutes of being put on hold and about 10 minutes of the guy saying that actually your tickets are not supposed to be replaced/refunded. In the end he will cancel the old ones and give you new/better ones. I actually followed his actions through on the website .. and he gave me seat x and y, when I checked best available on the website it returned seat z, right next to mine. Leaves me to assume that their system, allthough crappy, is genuine. Try getting in touch with them asap, it's worth it. I was also up in the gods, and have been replaced to section 112 lower tier.

iain

They've also added a warning on the page where you book tickets about how people with a fear of heights SHOULD NOT sit in block 4. (ie the upper tier)

As this was not there, you have grounds to request lower seats. (If you *cough* happen to have a fear of heights.)

Just swapped ours from 404 J to 102 X without any hassle.

Good luck!

Contacted Ticketmaster on 17/07/07 and complained about the height issues and they replied today moving me(x4) from 411D to 112Y, not sure if they're better seats but they are closer.

112 is at the righthand side of the symbol and Y is completely in the back of the section (they start AA->HH and then A->Z), but anything better than being up in the gods.
