ITS NOT TOO LATE TO CHANGE ANY O2 TKT TO BOX OFFICE PICK UP SEE DETAILS For all those still awaiting tickets in the post ( amid this postal strike B>S) it is possible to arrange to collect you tickets from the box office on the day of your show (doors open at 6pm)
I just managed to change all my deliveries to box office confirmation email below: [i]Confirmation of COBO Tickets I am pleased to confirm that the following ticket transactions have now been completed, and will be available for collection at the venue box office on the date’s of the events. Please take your reference number and your credit/debit card as ID. Venue : o2 Show : Prince Date : various The TM customer services number is 0161 385 1138 if anyone wishes to do the same. I wouldn't worry too much. If your tickets aren't there 7 days before the show just call TM. They then arrange for dupe tickets to be ready for box office collection. It's all in the FAQs on the website. | |

If you chosse "box office collection" you need to present an ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. I don't think you can send a friend to collect them. | |

You can! (not very safe i'd admit) But for those whose tickets were bought by a third party: If the card holder is happy for you to bring the credit card along with you, you need only supply a letter from the card holder that contains the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, giving you permission to pick up tickets on the card holders behalf. I got that info from O2 box office not 5mins ago 0208 463 2000 ( they take ages to answer the phone BTW).. One minute they want peace……
