I know the official line is a big fat no on this, but has anyone managed to swap tickets with ticketmaster?

Not actually for another date even, or trying to get a refund - but simply for better seats, after more have become available?

We only got upper tier seats, but they've now released some more lower tier ones.

We haven't even got the tickets yet, the tickets are all the same price, so there's no real admin other than changing the seat number on the booking.

Will try ringing them later, but just wondered if anyone else had had any joy?

Keep us informed mate, I got lower tier seats but on the 4th im seating at the wrong side of the round so i was shocked when tix were available for better views the other day.

I think that your correct in that itl be a NO, but, i wonder how consumer law sits with this!
