Yes, I know he won't forget about NYC. At least this is giving me more time to save up money for more shows/better seats when he finally gets his to the Big Apple.

But yes, we got thru it. It was actually a GREAT nite. A few hours got a little difficult but A LOT of fun was had. And this morning was SOOOO smooth. Macy's was AMAZINGLY well organized. It gave me lots of faith in the running of the event itself.

ps, yes it's true. We got EVERYTHING today. wristbands for macy's, target center tix, fragrances AND tshirts....

Alright, kids, I know you're waiting for reports but I've slept about 1 hour in the last 30. Exhausted does not begin to describe how I feel. I'll share a few tidbits, though. Macy's effing ROCKS. It was so amazingly organized and well planned and everyone in line was so nice and they had security for us overnight and all in all while I was dreading sleeping on the street it really was quite the experience.

Sorry my voice and pic posts didn't work. My phone went WAY low on battery early on, so I wasn't able to keep sending them to Willy Wonka separately. Endo picked up the slack and will be posting PLENTY of pics once he gets a nap in.

News media FRENZY I tell you. There were at least 4 tv news stations, 1 radio and several print. Endo and I were both interviewed by the Pioneer Press this morning and pcitures taken and I'm a bit worried as we'd had very little sleep, didn't really know what we were saying and I"m sure looked AWFUL at that point. And he told us the story would likely be page A1 news. Yikes!

And with that, I'm off to nap. We got our tix, we got our perfume.

Orgers, here is my report before I go take a bath and a nap.

The line opened at 9.45. Some Macy's employees were showing the Target Center seatings and we were disappointed. Those were not lower level seatings. So people, get on line tomorrow at noon and get those lower level seatings. They will be the best ones, the ones in front. I hope that is a first good news. So, we got inside Macy's and TV reporters interviewed us. I'm very shy in public but Girl66 and the lady we met aren't (they're italian) and the lady expressed her disappointment on TV twice. Then, another guy called the reporter and said he wanted to confirm what was being said, then another woman did the same. Many many people were disappointed about their seatings. So, we paid and finally got:

- A 3121 T.shirt. Black and white made in Guatemala
- 2 bottles of 3121 perfume. It smells ok but I'm so tired, I'm not sure what I think of it
- one ticket for the Macy's show: Prince signed a contract of only 7 songs. First come, first serve, so I'm guessing people would camp out again to be in front. They gave us a pink wrist band and not a regular ticket.
- One ticket fot the Target show: Again, most of us complained about the seatings so you guys who were sad about not attending presale should be happy nobody got seats in front. Get on the phone tomorrow.

My daughter pooped and I had no diaper. So, of course, she had to pee while in line and peed all over me in the store.

Girl 66 is the social butterfly. She's done a great job. The security guard was there since last night and walked me to my car. Nice meeting Carrie and Endo.

1- If they don't sell out at the end of the day, they'll accept payment over the phone.
2- They were playing Prince music when we got in.
