I got on stage twice during Musicology and when they lined you up at the gate leading to the stage security walked down the line and told each person, do NOT touch him, approach him, or grab him or you will be taken off the stage. At a Dallas show, some chick kissed him on the cheek during Kiss and security gang tackled her ass and got her off the stage. That was nothing near what this chick did at Koko's. I hope people will respect his personal space like we did in Vegas and not piss him off. I just like the term "gang tackle"

Have to disagree - when I saw him play with Tamar in Philly last year, some girl squeezed his behind. He then made her look like the fool she was!
What did he do? | |

Im curious - 140,000 in 20 mins????
Ok let me do some mental maths here.....Prince anounced 7 shows, the O2 holds 15,000 15,000 x 7 = 105,000 So he could only have shifted 105000 if it was a SELL OUT and we all know they were going for more than 20 mins

In one of the London free newspapers on Friday they seemed to suggest that P went backstage after that and told security not to be so rough, hauling that girl off stage.
Don't know how much of that i believe having seen the pic. Especially when that same newspaper had more pics of so called "celebs" attending the gig than the actual real celebrity, P, performing!!

Reality check guys
The venue does hold around 20,000 and he is doing multiple shows, but there was a presale on the Thursday and a large number of tickets went then for the first 7 shows. so the quote it sold out in 20 mins ain't necessarilly so. To add to that i was lucky enough to be at the Koko too, great show, P was having fun, yes he did say "So many hits, so little time" but I guess he had a curfew again, lets just wait for some of the other hit and run shows. No one mentioned the band, had a small stage to work on and they rocked it, Prince also disappeared upstairs and was dancing in the "So called" VIP area over the balcony for a while. Pulled people up on stage as he always does, one guy centre stage caught his attention and was desperately looking to be funky and failing, but Prince liked him for doing his thing. Only thing i'd say was the Koko was agreat venue, but the curfew sucks. For the other Europeans, can only say, tough luck we got him here for a couple of months, to the Americans and the quote 'Ain't Nothing happening over there' I think that was tongue in cheek, you had him for a few years and i guess he needed a change. To the Brits and everyone else going to the O2 and wherever else he appears, and I know people are gonna travel, there were people from Holland in the KOKO. LETS JUST PARTY!!

Yeah. London's probably the biggest market in the world for Prince tix. c'mon, did y'all really think all these tickets were sold to people in London or the UK only? You can count on the fact that every person, who is a more than average fan in Europe either has made an attempt at or succeeded in getting tickets.....I know of tons of people from the Netherlands who are going, and so am I!
