Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else heard Prince would be touring in 2007? Also, where can you buy VIP tickets. Ticketmaster doesnt seem to sell them? Can you get backstage with VIP tickets? Thanks

OK, this is how it's going down. Prince will tour or announce his tour in early April, if not before. Prince is waiting for his main man, John Blackwell to finish his tour with Justin Timberlake. That tours' last show is on 3/29. Prince is scheduled to play 3121 through 3/31. It looks like (C.O.E.D.)Rhonda Smith, Candy Dulfer and Sheila E's band last European show is 3/18. Then they're back to the States. Candy actually has a Vegas show at the Santa Fe Station Casino 3/30. HMMMMM!

Well, I like your version of the tour very much...however, the lineup that he's taking on the road from April of '07 thru Feb of '08 will be the Vegas lineup...probably with some special guests here and there. I would think the LA aftershows for this tour would have special guests (Sheila at a minimum) and one would not want to miss them. The last part is speculation, the rest is true. The 3121 staff said he's been going back and forth to Minneapolis for the last several weeks. I personally think he's doing some recording, maybe for something that never gets released, but recording nonetheless. Maybe it's for an album called 702, songs inspired by Vegas. JK
