So i had the pleasure and up most joy going to see prince on march 10th and then going to aftershow which while was short was amazing still.

the prince himself only sang on song with shelby but it was still funky. my questions to you guys are there was a young female sax player that prince had play the aftershow that night that totally rocked the house.she was totally amazing i was so surprized being as i didnt see here play the actually show that night. does anyone know if she will be playing with prince again ? is she one of the new sax players going on the tour?

i managed to speak with her for a short second after the after show while she was talking with drummer cora (gotta love her) im not sure but i think her name is lakecia benjamin she lives in new york city? (im not sure if i remember correctly) i was hoping to see her again this weekend at the rio but sadly she was not there.

i remember prince mentioning new young jazz artist's in his naacp award speech and im almost sure she was one of the artist's he was talking about. i miss prince having a female sax player in the band with candy gone on tour and all. but this young lady can for sure hold her own..
