Can anyone give feedback about the table situation at 3121? Are they in a good location? Is it first come first serve for table selection? I have 12/29 tix and a table (uh staying somewhere cheaper to compensate - ouch on the price ). I'm happy to be going, but really really curious on how this table thing is going to work.

YEP IT SWORTH THE EXTRA MONEY... THE VIP SECTION GOES AROUND THE STAGE SO YES THEY ARE GREAT SEATS... ITS A PRETTY SMALL BAR , ANYWHERE YOU ARE IS A GOOD TABLE. PRINCE WENT THROUGH THE VIP SECTION A FEW TIMES AND GRABBBED PEEPS UP ON STAGE. THE STAFF AT THE BAR ARE EXCELLENT ... LOOK UP MANNY ... TELL HIM A CANADIAN REDHEAD SAYS HI... LOL HAVE A BLAST ... BEST CONCERT IVE BEEN TO YET... AND SAVE YOUR ENERGY FOR THE AFTER PARTY...

Thanks Red. I am super excited. Glad to hear that I don't need to stress about the table location. I'll be smiling in my tent after the after party....

I am getting VIP for sure but just waiting on the word on a January 5th show..

I'm getting a table too for the second week in January. Hopefully he'll be performing. I cannot wait!!!!

The tables at 3121 are for dinner and then you go to the venue for the show. The big deal about getting a table at 3121 is geting it for the aftershow and you caan't make reservations for that.

My husband and I had VIP tix for dinner and the show.... It was fantasic! However, in order to particpate in the afershow, you needed to be savvy, skilled and lucky.

Just a tip~ I left the concert early and RAN (I mean RAN) back to 3121 in order to get a GREAT seat in the small dining room. Altough, I missed a couple of songs at the show, I got to meet the man himself at the club. The aftershow is where you need to focus yor time and money.

I thought the VIP table I got was for the actual performance. Is this not correct? Can you make reservations for the 3121 aftershow?

u r correct. the person above was only talking about the restaurant, not the club. your VIP dinner package gets you a table at the 3121 jazz restaurant and a table at the 3121 club for the performance...it does not, however, get you a table at the 3121 jazz restaurant if (and only if) there is an aftershow. aftershow is not guaranteed to happen each and every time. hope that helps.

- we were at His very first and opening nite of His Rio run. It was a bit disorganized outside - three diff. coloured wristbands. Purple for VIPs of Rio, Green for His fan club and blue for just regular show-goers. We paid the $125, waited to get tix at will-call window, stood in another line and got into venue around 10:15p, He started after 12 midnight, which was cool. For table seats, they are fine with great views. We were right next to a box stand for one of the Twinz to dance on! We did not pay extra for table seats, we sort of just "found" an available table.
