Vegas Dress code

Ummm this may be a stupid question but ticketmaster says dress code is upscale club attire....Does that mean that girls cant wear jeans and still "dress up"?

I saw people in jeans get in but I saw a guy in shorts get turned away and get a refund. I wouldn't chance it. Why not dress up? It's fun.

jeans are allowed. the website has specifics. it says "Attire: Fashionable attire. No athletic attire, shorts, logos, hiking boots, hats, white t-shirts, white tennis shoes, sandals or flip flops are permitted. Dress code is strictly enforced."

I would dress up. Don't you want to look nice for Prince? As a Prince follower I want to represent that we have style, and I don't mean it has to be a fashion show, but it's fun to dress up for a special occasion and this is certainly one.
