It's funny. The same people that complain that Prince doesn't perform at every show he goes to, are the same people who would say "Damn, does he have to perform at every show he goes to" if he did.
I'm sure Prince appreciates the fact that he can just be a spectator and not have people expecting him to get on stage and perform. Anyway, sounds like a great night. On a totally different note. Does anyone remember seeing Mayte pregnant, other than the Emancipation picture? Just curious, since the Mani sightings have been pretty much nil these past few months. Sorry, couldn't help myself. | |

hello all. I'm new here, but it is very interesting I saw your posts because, I was wondering about the same thing. Prince seems to be everywhere without Mani, and he seems to be always someplace Sheila is hanging out. You never hear of Sheila dating anyone, yet I heard a radio interviw she did back in 04 on Hot 92 Jamz where she said she had been close to marriage 2x but no go.
It is selfish of me as a fan, because every person deserves to be happy, but I kind of liked Prince unmarried too and not JW. The music then just seemed different. I heard "Do Me Baby" the other day on the radio in what seems like ages, and it gave me chills almost as if time took me back for a moment to the old days. I love all his stuff, but it great to hear them playing that again. "I used to have a handle on life, but it broke." | |
