Nope, they're not for sale. 
I have been curious as to what they'd sell for if I did put them up on eBay. Personally, I'd be reluctant to bid on such items, if for no other reason than authenticity concerns. Everything in those pictures, including John Blackwell's custom drumsticks, can be purchased new from musical instrument suppliers. It'd be easy for somebody to buy such items, bang them up a bit, and claim that they were used during some big concert.
