An Italian newspaper (Il Messaggero) reported today that Prince will do a show at the Palalottomatica in Rome in February 2005. Anyone heard anything about this? Is it a confirmed date? (The newspaper says it's already "been announced.")

Of course, the official NPG website says nothing!

Here's hoping it's true, it would be great to have Prince come to Rome!

Also "La Repubblica" says that the managemnet of the Palalottomatica is working to bring Prince in Rome in febbruary, they can't say that it's official but it's very likely that it will be so.
La Repubblica is one of the most important newspaper in Italy, and the news came directly from the press conference of the Palalottomatica, the structure where the concert may took place.

So....maybe....hopefully....

I hope Prince does tour Europe soon. I know that reading about His American tour has left Europeans and Asians beyond anticipated. I can't wait to read all your posts on how much fun you're having. As for me, not a day goes by that I don't think about the June concert in Michigan where I had seats right by the stage where Prince and the band entered and left. Not to mention, Prince spent most of the time on that side of the stage. It was truly magical seeing and hearing him just less than 10 feet from you. And his performance just cements why you love and admire him so much. This tour feels like coming full circle in the appreciation that most fans feel. I felt truly blessed to see him and I know U will too. Good Luck!
