PASSWORDS DO CHANGE!!! Aiight, enough of the back and forth about the password BS!!
Let's just let the folk in Atlanta and the upcoming dates know this: Regardless of whatever is posted online the NIGHT BEFORE the pre-sale, know that the password MIGHT change at the last minute. You might want to have the concert page on NPGMC open WHILE you're on ticket master and keep refreshing it if the password you have doesn't work. What's happening is... folk are giving the password out to errebody. And BanishedBrian is right, it doesn't really matter because all tickets are verified with ID and with NPGMC member info... BUT... BANISHED.. remember this... If I'm JoeBlow who got the password from his boy and I buy 2 tickets with the password. How LONG is it gonna take to get that SECOND ROW seat BACK into the system and BACK to the fans? Again, they tell you the passwords can change at any time and they mean it. No, I didn't like sitting there looking like an idiot for five minutes typing in the same damn thing, but .. it all worked out. PASSWORDS CHANGE PEEPS!!

We all know that....and perhaps this is very redundant to you. Try to understand. This is our place to vent with people who care. My fiance, my mother, my son almost everybody I know could care less. They all think that I'm crazy to pay $125.00+ to see the little purple one. Give us a break and let us speak our peace.

All good, Sherri!!
I'm all down for the speaking of peace... I just wanted to make sure that the peeps in the upcoming shows know the deal. People think the DC show thing was a fluke, but it actually happened for the other shows as well. We can resume violence now..

It takes several hours before those tickets purchased with bad credit cards or some other problem are put back into Ticketmonster's system. A club member trying to get tickets might see Row P come up as best available at 10:30 a.m., but someone who tries at 3:30 p.m. might get Row B because the bad purchases were discovered, cancelled and then put back into the system hours later.

Yes unfortunately this is the nature ofthe beast and there's nothing any of us can really do.

I have no problems with the points made above.
HOWEVER, if changing the password at the last minute was intentional (which I'm willing to bet it wasn't--if it had been, they would have changed the word itself, not just taken out a dash), what is the point of posting it all the night before at all? Think about it, if you want to wait until 10 am to post the real password--great, but what is the point of giving us a different one the night before? Why not just say that the password will be available once tickets go on sale? That prevents it from getting in the wrong hands and keeps honest members like me from getting the worst seats merely because I happen to be technologically stupid. In any event, it's all a moot point now because we'll know better next time. For people who got screwed (guess who I'm referring to? ), it's a bit too late. I had no idea at 10:05 why the password that NPGMC still had posted as of that time was not working. Was it unreasonable for me to assume that Ticketmaster or NPGMC had simply delayed the start of the sale? (After all, just today, that exact thing happened!) If I had known that tickets were really in fact being purchased by others when I was getting the error message (which told me to "try back later" by the way), you can bet your arse I would have started trying variations on it right away, etc. Bottom line is that NPGMC or Ticketmaster screwed up yesterday. I'm willing to let bygones be bygones with them; they're human and we all understand that. I still think the club is cool and I won't be canceling my membership anytime soon--that is unless my employer finally fires me for spending too much time on this site. No Candy 4 Me

What's up Sherri66?
I agree to let's keep the NPG LUV in the house. I'll just be glad when I'm able to purchase my tickets! Which show are you going to?
