I have been watching Ticketmaster for tix for the KC MO show to go on sale. (I am not an NPGmusic club member.) In the last two days all the dates have dissappeared!! What's up? Are dates being cancelled? Anybody know what's going on?

I'm wonder the same thing here in Florida. Have been trying to get info on the 4/6 Lakeland concert and can find NOTHING ... not even at the venue site. Anybody got any ideas??

Simply wait. No reason to believe there have been cancellations. It seems the dates will appear once the presale and general ticket sale arrangements have been made.

Or simply go to the Ticketmaster site and search all Prince concert dates.

Same thing has happened to the Denver date -- April 24th! Tickets.com had it listed earlier (at Magness Arena) -- now, NOTHING! The date is not on the "official" list either now...

That is cuz Tickets.com messed up! they listed last years april 24th concert as a 2002 concert. Stop trippin y'll. if u had noticed, all other shows were announced from 10 days to 2 weeks in advance. If you have less thne 10 days, thne start panicking.

Don't sweat it. This just kind of seems 2 b typical Prince. He has 2 keep everybody in suspense. Granted, I am a little worried, but he usually never puts tickets on sale until 2 weeks or so before the show.

...hopefully they're just working on a better means of purchasing tickets....

Eye dont think any of the shows have been cancelled, eye think they r coming-up with a new way 2 distribute the tickets, most likely will call.

And if it turns out that Ticketmaster is culprit for scalping, letting other non-NPGMC members get seats first etc., then I would bet it's safe to say that is what is being worked on right now and no new dates will be added until that issue can be worked out to Prince's satisfaction.

The Npg website said none of the other dates have been confirmed. That is why they are not listed with Ticketmaster.
But, I'm glad I flew to Chicago to see him, because I hope the same thing doesn't happen that happened with the Hit and Run tour, after a few dates it was canceled and I missed the Hit and Run altogether. There was a Sunday show in Chicago.

At the sound check in Louisville, Prince said that after the next couple gigs (Cleveland & Indianapolis) he's taking a couple of weeks off and during that time he was going to get the situation with ticketmaster straightened out.....EVERYBODY, if you are not an NPG Music Club member, and you plan on attending a Prince concert, I suggest you jion before he gets to your town.....The NPGMC membership privileges of attending the soundcheck and VIP to the aftershow/afterparty...AND being able to buy your tickets 48 hours before they are released for sale to the public( get the $100 seats and be in the 1st few rows), is worth the $100 member fee alone!!!....in addition, you'll get 4 full never-released before cds this year.....You won't be disappointed!!

I wish I COULD tell you that he is still coming to Florida...but apparently he isn't. Atlanta appears to be as close as he's going to come...AGAIN. The dates announced were only to get the Florida fans (and fans from other areas where he announced shows and is now just pretending he never did) to join the club, just like last year.The worst part is that the club can't even put out a release saying something like "We are scaling down the tour" or "These are the official dates for the next month" or whatever....basically it's wherever Princey decides to perform next week.

But I don't think Prince deliberately announces tour dates just to get more people to sign up for the NPGMC.
