Is anyone 100% confident they have bought Atlanta tix?

yeah sounds that way...can you post the process steps...like what screens can we expect and what info do we need to have ready. Will they automatically charge the creditcard that i signed up with or will i need to rekey that info in? What other info will i need to type in?

Do you get a'confirmation' that your sale went through or not? (doesn't sound like it)

Im not sure of anything on NPGMC! I tried to purchase the tix & for the confirmation page...nothing! Server down. How frustrating. Do they ever test anything over there? Is preparation such a difficult concept? Especially when are taking people's money?

I THINK I have just bought a pair. I got an Order Confirmation number so can i assume this means I now have my tix?

Well after almost 3 hours i got to the CC info page about 5 times and everytime i clicked to send the info it appeared never to go thru...however i checked my Account page in the retail section and believe it or not it says I've ordered 2 tickets for 4/3. I'm not sure how it happened but its there.

If you keep trying and trying over and over again until you feel like hurling your computer thru the window you may eventually get to the secure server screen where you have to key in your credit card details. Once you have done that and click the button, you either get a fucking error page AGAIN or if you are extremely lucky you get a confirmation number on screen in big bold letters.

If you do get the confirmation number WRITE IT DOWN!!

I hope NPGMC also send out a confirmation email.

I just hope and pray I haven't 'bought' numerous tickets cos they will cancel the lot! Oh Christ! More worry...I don't think I can take much more

Good Grief!!!!! I got 2 tix quick and easy - i mean real quick - even had a confirmation email by 10:08 - but my buddy tried for 2 hours before the process was actually completed.

I finally got a confirmation number. Maybe I should play the lottery today. This has been one irritating process. I purchased tickets for 4/4. I was'nt brave enough to try for Wednesday. All of you brave guys be sure to post the outcome of Wednesday.

I FINALLY GOT TICKETS...AND NPG EMAILED ME WITH MY CONF. CODES..... WOOHOO... FINALLY AFTER 2 HOURS...JUST IN CASE.. I DO HAVE AN EXTRA ONE FOR EACH NIGHT I BOUGHT MY 2 LIMIT...BUT HUSBAND CANT ATTEND... SO LET ME KNOW IF ANY ONE OF THE NPG MUSIC CLUB NEED A TICKET... (MUST HAVE PROOF OF PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP)

The confimation # is the end. Check "UR ACCOUNT" 2c if your tickets r there. Also, prepare 2 have perfectly good credit cards rejected repeatedly, and a lack of menu buttons advising u what 2 do next from time to time. And LOTS of loading problems....I think we're just crashing their pathetic server with all the traffic. ever had 2 work this hard 2 get someone 2 take your money? Now u know what "willing 2 do the work" means. Now watch the little bastard cancel the damned show....

I am so pleased I dont live in the States, that way I figure they should have sorted it out by the summer when the US leg ends.
