Apologies...

Right actions for the future are the best apologies for wrong ones in

Human reason can always find the "pros and cons" for good and for bad actionsa alike; it is inherently disloyal. Discrimination acknowledges only one polestar criterion...

Good point. There is no "right" or "wrong" -- only choice. As humans we sometimes make choices that are not in our own best interest, or the best interests of our loved ones or the universe. The quote simplifies human nature with platitudes, but in essence I think it is truthful. Hopefully, if one embraces that ideal, they do so with an open heart, and without judging his or her actions.

Yes, it is true.

But when one uses life's experiences as a teacher, and learn from them the true nature of the world and ones part in it,those expereinces bcome valuable guides to eternal fullfillment and happiness..

Some psychological studies have concluded that after you've done something mean to someone, or they've done something mean to you that you may have provoked, looking them right in the eyes and saying you're sorry makes you less likely to act aggressively towards them and makes both of you feel better in the end. If you're mad at someone, apologize to them until you really feel like you mean it, and you'll feel better. biggrin

I agree with you both..lol nod...All experience serves to help us become our better selves, to move our souls in the direction it needs to travel in order to grow and transform, that is as long as we're conscious of it. We take each decision and moment, and determine if who we were during it is who we know within we're supposed to be...and then make another decision in connection with that as to where to proceed, or even IF to proceed...so in essence, every moment/experience/choice ultimately has the very real positive contained within it, if we truly look for it.
