I am a shy person.. so meeting others orgers is a scary thought..

Well I did meet the Viking Vixen. She was awesome!

You can't always judge a book by the cover presented here on the org. I have met people that are goofballs here on the org who turned out to have the biggest hearts. I have met total braniacs who turn out to be incredibly humorous. One orger I met really illustrated how important it is to check your judgement at the door. This person and I had words before. Not viscious mean words, but we stood in opposite corners on political/social issues. She was apprehensive at first and I gave her the same treatment I would give any of my friends. I chose not to judge her based on her opposing words and I'm glad I didn't. I got to know one of the most vivacious, fun, loving, sensitive, bright girl with the most infectious personality.

I have never been disappointed. It's fun to meet the people behind the screen name. As far as losing something? I think if you had high expectations and then discovered someone to be an ass in person it would lose something, but that's never happened to me.

I have met quite a few and they are all amazingly, wonderful people. Even the ones I've only spoken to on the phone are very charming.

i've me a number of people from the org in 'real life' and have never had a bad time. In fact, a number of very strong friendships have come from meeting people from here. I highly recommend it

i haven't met all that many, being relatively new and all, but every one that i have has been just lovely, and a pleasure to meet.
