Yes, I witnessed that and I also noticed that not one "oldie" came to your defense....well, some people did comment, but I noticed that none of the typical clan came to your rescue.... where were the mods at that point? Were they are the clique party? i don't know if this is in reference to me, although she and i did have somewhat of an altercation. how boring would it be if we all fawned over each other all the time? (and trust me, i've been warned and had threads locked and/or deleted, i'm shown no preferential treatment. but i do tend to speak my mind.) | |

I think we need to make a concerted effort to respond/reply to newbies and their comments everytime we see them around..... like a little good samaritan deed..... and no looting their lunch money 
Seriously, reponding to them may give a boost of confidence and a platform to be more vocal/scripted in threads, but don't do it out of pity to make them feel like a charity case or something. This may help towards knocking down the arrogant old skool "I'm already established so fuck off" persona (whether be it a myth for some or reality).
