in this heartless world

Some psychological studies have concluded that after you've done something mean to someone, or they've done something mean to you that you may have provoked, looking them right in the eyes and saying you're sorry makes you less likely to act aggressively towards them and makes both of you feel better in the end. If you're mad at someone, apologize to them until you really feel like you mean it, and you'll feel better.

We take each decision and moment, and determine if who we were during it is who we know within we're supposed to be...and then make another decision in connection with that as to where to proceed, or even IF to proceed...so in essence, every moment/experience/choice ultimately has the very real positive contained within it, if we truly look for it.
