Sloppy research--you need to go back to the coal mine and keep digging. I see BabyCakes everyday and I can verify that it's her. Seems you may have issues with the way YOU look, and if that's the case, you should address that instead of coming to false conclusions and accusing folks of lying. "Pam...that's just stupid."

I am far from a teen and that magazine was published around the US.. I'm an avid collector of mens mag's from all over the world. Since I do have my facts right about the euro chick in the photo (from euro mens mag) why don't U just shut it now! WTF

This brings up the old thing about identities on the org. I have no idea if that is her or not. I've tried not to see peoples' pics when I've interacted with them. I don't want it to influence my opinion of them since all it is after all is a picture.
Ultimately u have to be quite vain to choose a picture of yourself like that as your avatar. Depends what u seek I guess. I did used to have a pic of my wife on here and that was a mistake I learned.

I know what u're saying about pride, although pride is not usually a good thing unless you're from a big, obnoxious country where patriotism is unquestioningly seen as a good thing. There's nothing wrong with looking good though. We all get old and we only have a short time to really look our best. It's something nice to look back on too, when we looked young and beautiful and full of vitality. That's why it's good to have pics of ourselves at our best. They help our self-esteem too, if we are a little deficient in this area. There is a time and a place however. The love and freedom thing is a nice idea, but the more likely theory is either vanity or insecurity or a weird combination of the two. I don't know this to be true of course. It's my speculative opinion.

anyways fam, this was the point i was talking about... but you made me laugh so it didn't matter. Do u do the same? I am curious to see the people behind the posts, but usually I like to see them after I've read their posts and got to know them a little bit. Many orgers I do not even know the sex of. That can lead to some interesting mistakes.

It's a human trait and I doubt there is anyone who doesn't share it. I sure feel better when I look at a good picture of myself. Probably not much harm in that. There's probably no real harm in being very vain most of the time - only that it could be a waste of energy and ultimately leads to unhappiness. I guess we have to be confident about our appearance, but a secure person would probably not need to put such a pic up. That's why I tend not to consider the whole freedom, pride thing. Beauty doesn't really need to try does it?
