Potato Salad... Hi,
I'm supposed to bring some potato salad to a cookout this coming Saturday. Now, I've made potato salad before, but wanted to spice it up from the usual potatoes and mayonnaise routine. What's your favorite potato salad recipe? I need some ideas! Thanks! Proud member of the Naked Orgers Club

you may want to double or triple this, if it's for a party:
Bacon & Cheddar Potato Salad 2 lbs. red bliss or new potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) 1/2 cup sliced green onion(s) 8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled 2 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional) 1. In 4-quart saucepot, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly. 2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Serves: 6 Preparation Time: 15 minute(s) Cook Time: 8 minute(s)
