"Earth girls are easy" is a great 'terrible' movie, if u know what i mean! It is perfect 4 summer plus I love this 4 nostalgic reasons too.


It's about Geena davis, a trashy silicon valley girl, who meets 3 aliens from outer space by mistake and falls in love with one of them, after cleaning them all up to resemble humans. That's it really, if u love artificial, campy 80's movies, this is a must. Is this movie a cult now? It should be, i love it.

The whole early 90's vibe is definately present in this movie, looking dated, but i love the colors, the slang, the clubs, music of the goofy film. plus the cast is very good, with Genna davis as the female lead and early appearances by Jim carey and Damon wayans (now on "My wife and kids" but also films like "The last boy scout and "Mo money"- and TV series "In living color") and Jeff Goldblum.


I also like "Showgirls" 4 simular pure entertainment reasons!

As summer is almost hear, I must watch this movie again.

Anyone even heard of this movie? I think it must of been released around 1989-1990.

I know that there's a Jill Jones song ( produced by Nile Rodgers) on the soundtrack but I haven't seen this movie yet

I never liked that movie... but, Shawn and I were just talking about cheesy movies that were good, and I always liked Trick or Treat. A really horrible movie, but I love it.

I just want to say that being chosen as this month's Miss August is like a compliment I'll remember for as long as I can. Right now I'm a freshman in my fourth year at UCLA, but my goal is to become a veterinarian, 'cause I love children.

It's a funny movie, but not as good as "Howard the Duck".....
