This is sooooo not normally my kinda movie, but for some reason I've seen the preview, like, 3 times hungover and I find it hilarious!

a girl at work has it on bootleg DVD and whenever one of us talks about it, she's all "UH-UH, don't go see it, watch the SOUL PLANE BOOTLEG!!!"

Alright, my official review:

This movie is awful!!

And I was so excited about it too. There were a few good laughs, but overall it was just plain BAD. And not in a good/funny/kistchy/campy way. ah well. $6.50 down the drain.

It was worth the "matinee" price.....

I was so bummed out by this movie. I went to it all hungover and ready for some mindless laughs. Well, I gotta a few but I spent most of the movie staring dumbfounded at the screen thinking "is this for real?"

I'm in Australia and I'd only heard about this movie from my girlfriend who is in America. It sounded funny to me when she told me about it....sort of sounds like a black "Airplane" (or "Flying High" as it was released in OZ).

But if it's unanimously rated as shit, I guess I'll pass!

I saw this movie for the first time bootleg 3 weeks ago and I found that it was funny as hell.

hey, im all for quality films and what not but just cause a film is stupid doesnt make it the the standard that hollywood is basing its industry on....heck, look at the success queen latifah and ice cube have enjoyed recently.....


and stereotyping can be done well...just look at Undercover Brother...A smart and hillarious film that clocked all stereotypes...
