As a small kid I ran my mouth a hell of a lot more than I do now. Just recently even my mother asked me why I thought that change came about, I told her I had no idea. And I don't. I remember a former patient of mine from years ago who used to have faecal-smelling urine due to a fish allergy. Strange little man, used to wear a monocle. Never understood why, I knew he could see perfectly well, perhaps he thought it was a fashionable thing to do. I guess we'll never know now as I haven't treated him in years. The last I heard he was working in Wolverhampton in a plasticine factory. That's a factory that makes plasticine, not a factory made of plasticine. That would be silly. And dangerous no doubt.
