froggy called me a knacker, then he tried to fool me by saying it meant 'lovely person'

i'm not as dumb as i look, but can someone tell me what it means?

Knacker:

1. A buyer of useless horses for slaughter.

2. A buyer of old houses, ships, etc. for the materials.

Also it is slang (esp. as knackered adj.) exhaust, wear out.
